Training and Safety

TRAINING IS ORGANISED SYSTEMATICALLY AND PUNCTUALLY, AS UNAVOIDABLE CONDITION.

Yearly we plan training courses on safety according to D.L. 81/2006, periodical meetings to keep employees updated on new regulations. Training plays its role in the decrease of accidents, in this direction logistic department is directly involved through training and prevention actions.

- Monitoring and control of the health status through medical inspections and toxicological test once a year.
- Monitoring of driving and rest times through software programs.
- Courses about loading and unloading of the different goods.
- Courses about emergencies management
- Internal training courses according to the ISO 9001:2008 certification quality standards.

SAFE TRANSPORT

Trasporti Romagna has always paid attention to efficient mobility. Basic elements involving all phases of transport are: perfect conditions of goods, safety and management of transports.

That is the reason why every vehicle is provided with satellite systems able to track and modify parameters such as: localisation of the vehicle, temperature of load compartment with the opportunity to control the loading doors openings remotely.

There is an aspect regarding the preventive safety aiming at the reduction of damages in case of extraordinary events thanks to active control systems of the vehicles (camera on board, driving aids, navigation with traffic data).

MAINTENANCE

ALWAYS EFFICIENT MEANS

Trasporti Romagna pays particular attention to the integrity of means. Their efficiency is the core factor either in terms of operators safety and reliability as guarantee to the clients. For these reasons Trasporti Romagna has its own inside workshop for the maintenance of means (check-ups and tyres change).

Furthermore there is also a vehicle for fast assistance to intervene 24 hours on 24 in case of problems during transport.
